Placing an Order
Please order through our shopping "Cart" and we will get back to you with Payment and Shipping information or simply contact us via our e-mail or telephone customer service (click on the "Placing an Order" title bar) to send us a short "e-mail message order " listing the product(s) you wish to purchase. The short "e-mail list" should include the following: ----- 1) The "Item Code Number" of each product you wish to purchase. ----- 2) The "Quantity" in units of each item you wish to purchase. ----- 3) Your name, and or Company name, a contact address and telephone number. ----- Once we receive the short list, we will forward you a "Pro forma Invoice" plus "Shipping and Handling" information for you to effect payment. ---- (See Payment above) ------ Once we receive payment, ---- work will work on your order immediately.
Shipping
a) All shipping, and handling charges are invoiced and prepaid by the customer. All orders under (100 Kilos) are shipped via the "Airfreight Parcel Post Worldwide Service" at $13.00 per Kilo plus packaging and handling charges to the United States. ----- Expected time of arrival in the United States: ----- Between 14 and 21 days. ----- The customer will be advised after date of dispatch. ----- b) For volume container orders: ----- International Ocean Freight Carriers are employed. Ocean freight charges plus packing and handling are invoiced to the customer. ----- Expected time of arrival in the United States: ----- Between 12 and 16 weeks after date of dispatch. ----- The customer will be advised after date of dispatch. ----- c) "Custom shipping services" (i.e. special routing, ship to different destination, indoor delivery or pre delivery notification) is available on request. ----- The customer will be invoiced and payment prepaid before shipping is commenced. ------ d) "Rush delivery service" is available for all orders via International Express Courier Agencies. ----- (i.e. FedEx, UPS and DHL). ----- Client should please contact Africa Craft Treasures customer service (click on "Shipping" title bar) for rush delivery information and charges.----- e) All orders are shipped at the customers expense and risk. The customer reserves the right to name or choose a separate carrier for delivery.
Damage/Shipping loss to Merchandise
In the occurrence of damage to merchandise, the customer should immediately notify Africa Craft Treasures customer service by phone, fax or e-mail. The customer should note down the extent of damage caused on the back of an attached Product Invoice Sheet. The customer should print the following: ----- a) Unit code number and description of each merchandise destroyed. ----- b) Damage description and quantity in units damaged. ----- c) Unit value and total unit value of merchandise damaged. ----- On request, the customer shall return all damaged merchandise to Africa Craft Treasures for evaluation. A "Product Damage Compensation Package" will be effective after an assessment by Africa Craft Treasures management reveals responsibility for damage. ------ In the occurrence or assumption of shipping loss to merchandise, ----- i.e. after the total exhaustion of the Expected Time of Delivery (ETD). The customer should immediately notify Africa Craft Treasures customer service. A product shipment investigation will be put in action. A "Product Loss Compensation Package" will be in effect after an assessment report by Africa Craft Treasures management reveals responsibility for loss.
30- Day Return Policy
Africa Craft Treasure's growth and reputation is based on trust and satisfaction. We give a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, call us. We will arrange a "Return for exchange" or will credit your account. Products must be returned in "as new" condition to retrieve full credit. Otherwise a restocking fee will be charged (restocking fees also apply to special order items). Please return products in their original packaging if possible. To avoid product damage on return shipments, it is advisable to return products as they were received. Please provide substitute protective packaging materials if original ones have been worn out during shipping to you.
